Frequently asked questions
What counts as an event?
Clicks recorded by your tracked links plus conversion events sent to Meta's Conversions API (Amazon purchases and add-to-carts, and every Shopify event type you have enabled) within a calendar month. When the allowance is used up, sending pauses until the next month; nothing is lost silently, the dashboard shows the skipped runs.
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with Growth limits, no credit card required. When the trial ends without a subscription the workspace drops to the Free plan and keeps its data; existing links beyond the Free limit are kept but new ones cannot be added until you upgrade.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is one brand or client: its own Meta and Amazon connections, Shopify stores, links, reports, team and subscription. Growth and Scale let one account own several workspaces, which is how agencies keep clients separate. Team members can belong to many workspaces.
What does a connection mean?
A provider connection is a Meta ad account or an Amazon Ads profile linked to the workspace; each counts as one. Shopify stores are counted separately. A given Meta ad account or Amazon profile can be live in only one workspace at a time.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, payment methods and cancellation are handled in the Stripe customer portal from the billing page. Annual plans are billed once per year and equal ten monthly payments.
Do you charge for Amazon Attribution or Meta API access?
No. Amazon Attribution enrolment is free from Amazon, and Meta's Conversions API is free from Meta. You pay PixlBridge only for the plan; you pay Meta and Amazon only for your ads.
Is there a self-hosted option?
The PixlBridge platform is offered as a hosted service. If you have a specific requirement to run it inside your own infrastructure, contact us and we will talk through what is involved.
