Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between Nextsense Solution FZC LLC ("PixlBridge", "we"), CWS-2V-195841, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and the business on whose behalf you accept them ("Customer", "you"). They govern access to and use of the PixlBridge website, application, API, tracked redirect service, Shopify app and web pixel (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the Customer. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A workspace is the unit of service: its connections, links, stores, data, team and subscription. The user who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins may invite members and assign roles; you are responsible for your team's use.
  • One Meta ad account, Amazon advertising profile or Shopify store may be connected to only one workspace at a time.

2. The Service

PixlBridge provides tracked redirect links, Amazon Attribution automation, Shopify event collection, matching of purchases to clicks, delivery of conversion events to Meta's Conversions API, and reporting. The Service depends on third-party platforms (Meta, Amazon, Shopify) whose APIs, policies and data availability we do not control. We do not guarantee that a given event will be accepted or attributed by Meta, that Amazon Attribution will report a given sale, or any advertising outcome.

3. Plans, trial and billing

  • Plans, prices and limits are described on the pricing page and in the application. Limits (tracked links, connections, Shopify stores, members, monthly events) are enforced automatically; when a limit is reached the related action is blocked until you upgrade or the month rolls over.
  • New workspaces receive a 14-day trial with Growth-plan limits and no payment method. At the end of the trial the workspace reverts to the Free plan unless a subscription is started. Data is retained.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Annual plans equal ten monthly payments. Prices exclude taxes, which we collect where required.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires.
  • If payment fails we notify you and allow a grace period of 7 days before restricting access. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use tracked links to redirect to destinations other than Amazon properties you are entitled to promote, or to mislead shoppers about where a link leads;
  • send events to a Meta dataset, or create attribution tags in an Amazon account, that you are not authorised to use;
  • upload or transmit data you have no right to process, including shopper data collected without a lawful basis or required consent;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission (good-faith reports to our security address are welcome), interfere with other tenants, or circumvent plan limits or rate limits;
  • resell the Service or use it to build a competing product by scraping our reports or APIs;
  • violate the terms or policies of Meta, Amazon or Shopify, or applicable advertising, consumer-protection or privacy law.

5. Third-party platform terms

Your use of the Meta, Amazon and Shopify connections is also subject to those platforms' terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Commercial Terms, the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement and Amazon Attribution terms, and the Shopify Terms of Service and API Terms. You represent that you hold the rights and permissions needed for us to act on your behalf (for example, that you are the advertiser for the Meta ad account and the brand owner for Amazon Attribution). You may revoke our access at any time through the platform or by disconnecting in PixlBridge; the related features stop working.

6. Data and privacy

  • Your data. You retain all rights to the data you provide and to the click, event and conversion data we process for you ("Customer Data"). You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data as needed to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Processor role. For shopper data we act as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms.
  • Your obligations. You are responsible for the lawful basis, notices and consents needed to collect shopper data on your store and to share hashed identifiers with Meta, and for disclosing this in your own privacy policy. Where your store requires consent for tracking, you must configure it accordingly.
  • Aggregate data. We may use data that does not identify you or any person (for example, aggregate event counts) to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation. "Meta", "Amazon" and "Shopify" are trademarks of their respective owners; PixlBridge is not affiliated with them.

8. Availability, support and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages happen. Support is provided by email during business hours in Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), United Arab Emirates. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and we may suspend access immediately to address security, legal or abuse issues, notifying you as soon as practicable.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL ACCEPT OR ATTRIBUTE EVENTS, OR THAT ANY ADVERTISING RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR ADVERTISING SPEND, ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, TO A PARTY'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS, OR TO BREACH OF SECTION 4.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your advertising, your breach of platform terms or law, or your violation of Section 4. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights, provided you notify us promptly and cooperate.

12. Term and termination

  • These Terms apply while you have an account. You may delete your workspace or account at any time from the settings page; provider tokens are revoked immediately and data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
  • We may suspend or terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice, for non-payment after the grace period, or immediately for serious abuse or legal risk.
  • On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnities, governing law) survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Ajman), excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local law that grants you other rights. Before filing a claim each party agrees to attempt resolution in good faith for 30 days.

14. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the DPA and any order form are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Neither party may assign without consent, except to a successor in a merger or asset sale. Notices to you are sent to the owner's email address; notices to us go to hello@pixlbridge.com and CWS-2V-195841, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect 30 days after notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
