About
We close the loop other tools leave open.
PixlBridge is a small team of engineers and performance marketers who got tired of judging Meta ads by clicks because the sale happened somewhere the pixel could not see.
Why PixlBridge exists
Brands that sell on Amazon spend real money on Facebook and Instagram, then measure it with cost per click and a spreadsheet. Meta's delivery system, trained on those clicks, does exactly what it was asked and finds more clickers. Meanwhile Amazon Attribution knows which clicks bought, but the knowledge stays inside Amazon's console. Shopify merchants have a related problem: the browser pixel misses a growing share of purchases, so Meta learns from a biased sample.
PixlBridge is the piece in between. It captures the click, learns about the order from Amazon Attribution reports or Shopify webhooks, matches the two, and posts a deduplicated Purchase to Meta's Conversions API with the best match keys available. Then it shows you the result per creative.
What we believe
- Optimisation beats reporting. A dashboard that knows the truth is useful; a delivery system that knows the truth is transformative.
- Deterministic over probabilistic. One order, one event id, one event. We do not model conversions; we match them.
- Self-serve and transparent. Published prices, a free plan, and a product you can set up in an afternoon without a sales call.
- Privacy by construction. Personal data is hashed before it is stored, tokens are encrypted, every query is scoped to a workspace, and the GDPR endpoints are not an afterthought.
How the product is built
PixlBridge is a multi-tenant service: each customer is a workspace with its own connections, links, stores, team and subscription. Provider access uses the platform's own Meta, Amazon and Shopify apps, so customers authorise with a login rather than creating developer accounts. Background jobs run per workspace and every run is recorded so health is visible, not guessed. The security page describes the controls in detail.
Trademarks
Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Amazon and Amazon Attribution are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. PixlBridge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
